I love mini donuts. Love, love them. We have a mini donut maker. We have a mini donut pan. Mini donuts are a favorite indulgence around here. I also love big decadent donuts from the shop down the street, but that’s another story…

One of the boys really wanted to take donuts to school for Valentine’s Day and so we made a quick little printable tag to substitute for boxed store box Valentine cards.

Donut Valentine's Day Free Printable Tags | SnapConfThere are two versions of the card. One just says love with a donut for the “O,” while the other one reads Valentine, I like you a whole lot.

Since I wanted to use the tags for classroom treats and as a more customized tag for the neighbors, I left room at the bottom of the tag for a note.

Donut Valentine's Day Free Printable Tags | SnapConfSince the kids can’t take homemade treats to school, we snagged a bag of the waxy chocolate donuts (I don’t know how my boys can appreciate these as much as my homemade version, but they do), some baker’s twine and a marker and got to work tagging things up.
