Last Minute Valentine’s Holder

I help my sons teacher with her prep work at school. She had butcher paper and was going to make them into simple envelopes for the class. I thought it would be cute to sew them together! It was pretty quick and fun for me to do and I think they turned out cute. Each of the kids will be able to personalize their own now. They were super easy! I folded the butcher paper in thirds. I put it in my sewing machine and did a zig zag stitch.

I did backstitch just to make it a little stronger.

I sewed up the edges.

Then for a little decorative touch I added a zig zag stitch along the top edge.

Easy and fun!
