These minimalist Earth Day Tee Shirts are perfect for any volunteer group or nature lover whether you’re celebrating Earth Day or just want a new hiking tee!
Earth Day is totally underrated in my very humble opinion. For inspiration, I looked at some nature themed tattoos that influenced a lot of these minimalist designs. I also wanted them to not be JUST for Earth Day, that way you can wear them all year round.
Normally I am creating over at Practical and Pretty but I’m very excited to be here today to share these cute designs!
EARTH DAY T-SHIRTS
Materials Needed:
- 4 tee shirts
- This Cricut Design Space Cut File
- Foil Iron On
- Everyday Iron On
- Cricut Maker
- EasyPress 2
- EasyPress Mat
- Standard Grip Mat
Directions:
Open up the Design Space file I have created for you here.
If you’d only like to do one or two designs, you’ll want to click ‘Customize’ and from there you can remove certain images, add in things you’d like or change the colors.
Never made a tee shirt before? I put together how to make a tee shirt here.
Heat up your EasyPress 2 to 320 degrees and press on the iron on where you’d like it to go for 30 seconds.
If you’ve never used iron on vinyl before, I put together a checklist to never mess up iron on vinyl again!
If you were curious, these four symbols mean fire, water, air, earth in that order! That is why I made the earth symbol in the rose gold color. I thought it would be a cool talking point. I’m certain people will be asking me what it means!
This little symbol was my take on the ‘Recycle’ symbol with a more modern look to it. I put it on the sleeve by folding the sleeve flat and pressing on the Foil Iron On that way!
Once you remove your plastic from each design, you are all done! I love how simple and clean these look on the white, but they’d also look so good on like army green or navy blue I think.
NATURE T SHIRTS
Which design are you crushing on the most? I think my favorite is the elements symbols with the gold ‘earth’ symbol!
You might also like these sassy heart shirts I designed. I also made this “sassy pants” cut file that looks really cute in foil.
Don’t forget to pin these designs for later!
Do you sale these?
I don’t! Sorry!
