You can use this Sassy Pants cut file for yourself or someone sassy you love! This “All my pants are sassy” sweater is now my favorite item of clothing.
I feel my best when I feel sassy so I decide to make this little sweater to help me feel sassy on demand. You can likely jazz up an old sweater or tee shirt laying around with this simple cut file and get feeling sassy too! Hey, you don’t even have to stick with clothing. You could put this on a water bottle or anywhere else you want to customize.
What You Need for Your Sassy Pants Sweater
The whole point of this cut file and Cricut in general is to customize things exactly as you’d like but here are the exact materials I made if you want the exact look as mine!
Start by cutting your cut file! Find the sassy pants cut file here. Always remember to put the shiny side of your iron on face down and ‘Mirror for Iron On’ on design space! (Need even more details about using iron on? I have a full description and reference sheet for iron on here.)
After the file is cut, I like to trim off the excess vinyl that didn’t cut because it makes the weeding easier for me.
Start weeding your cut iron on using your weeding tool!
Now you get to iron on your vinyl. Heat up your EasyPress according to the settings of the material you are using. I heated mine up to 320 and preheated the sweater. Then you will place the iron on where you’d like it and set the EasyPress on for 30 seconds. Flip it over and put it back on for 15 seconds. Once the vinyl has cooled, peel off the plastic.
I am SO in love with how this turned out. I knew when I thought of the saying that I needed the hint of gold because it’s so sassy! I know it’s kind of hard to see in the photos but it’s SO CUTE.
