Thanksgiving Dinner Pack

Sharing is caring!

Lisa was nice enough to design me a Thanksgiving Dinner Pack!  Being that she goes to California to her Aunts, she won’t even being using them.  But, I begged and she delivered!  Thanks Lisa!

My little family does the every other year rotation for who we spend Thanksgiving with.  One year we are with my family, the next with my husband’s family up North!  This year we get to stay here in Southern Utah and spend it with my family!  My mother always hosts it at her house, and it is generally just our immediate family (and their families)!  Even with one of my sisters out of state, it still leaves 16 people to feed though.  We assign out who is going to bring what, aside from the Turkey.  My mom always makes the Turkey!

This year I am going to venture into the Pie world….. any suggestions?  My Grandma was seriously FAMOUS in Duchesne County, UT for her pies.  I hope I do her proud!

We have very simple traditions…… the women cook, the men watch TV, kids and chat, eat a lot, browse Black Friday Ads, and sometimes go to a movie!  The main point is just to be together, create memories and reflect on what we have to be grateful for!

In our Dinner Pack there is the following:
  • Placecards – 2 designs (You can customize your cards easily by going to www.aviary.com)
  • Food Name Cards – Square and/or Folding (With food labels and blank)
  • Table Centerpiece Prints
  • Blessing Cards
I already got started and made my Placecards!  So fun!

For the Centerpiece Prints I am planning on mod podging them on 2×6 blocks!  I’ll make a few sets, so they can go along the table.  I am planning on making this adorable PineCone Garland to run along the table!

PineCone Garland from Better Homes and Garden!
P.S.  Did you deliver your Thanksgiving Turkey to a neighbor yet?  My boys had a blast last night delivering ours!
