2tbspsalt
1tspblack pepper
4clovesgarlicminced
2orangesjuice only
Instructions
Create a rub with the olive oil, oregano, and cumin. Rub all over the pork. Place in crock pot with the fat side up. Add onions, garlic, salt, pepper, and then squeeze the two oranges over the pork.
Allow to cook on high for 4-6 hours or on low for 8-10 hours or until meat is falling apart. Pull meat out of crock pot and shred. Serve and enjoy!
