The Best Chocolate Cupcakes

milk chocolate chips
Frosting

cup
butter
½
cup
shortening

tsp
vanilla

cups
powdered sugar

package cream cheese
softened
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and mix on high for 2 minutes.
Pour into prepared cupcake pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 18-22 minutes.
Let cool and frost!
To make the frosting, cream the butter and shortening until smooth.
Add in vanilla.
Add powdered sugar mixing 1 cup at a time.
Beat in softened cream cheese and mix until smooth.
