Start by popping a package of popcorn - should be approx 10 cups of popped popcorn. Remove any un-popped kernels from the bowl of popcorn.
Next, unwrap about 20 Mini Peanut Butter Cups. Rough chop them up with a a knife.
Melt 6 cubes of Almond Bark in the microwave according to directions on the package. You may also use White Chocolate if preferred.
Pour the White Almond Bark onto the popped popcorn. Use a large spoon to softly coat all the popcorn with the White Almond Bark. When the Almond Bark or Chocolate is mostly mixed in with the popcorn, add the crumbed Peanut Butter Cups and softly incorporate.
Spread the mixture onto a piece of parchment paper on a sheet pan and allow it to set before eating.
