Start rice cooking. For the sauce melt the butter with the garlic for 1-2 minutes. Add flour and make a paste. Slowly stir in half and half. You can use milk, the sauce just won’t be as creamy. Add can of coconut milk, shredded chicken, and salt and bring to boil.
Serve the sauce over rice with toppings: Cheese, Tomatoes, Green Onions, Pineapple, Mandarin Oranges, Celery, Almonds, Coconut, Chow mien noodles
