Print the labels on cardstock and cut them out using scissors. Next, distress the edges of the labels using distress ink. This is optional, but in my opinion, makes a big difference!
Make sure the glass is cleaned and completely dry.
Once the distress ink is dry, use an even layer of modge podge on the back of the label and pushed it onto the front of the bottle. Continue to hold the label down for a few minutes and keep checking to make sure that the label has not bubbled up. If a bubble formed, gently press it out with your fingers. After letting it sit for about 10 minutes, put a thin layer of modge podge over the front of the label to make it more durable. Don’t worry if you get a little modge podge on the bottle around the label – it dries clear!
