Instructions
Drain the liquid from the 4 cans of beans and 2 cans of corn. Pour all the cans into a
large mixing bowl
and mix.
Cube the tomatoes and add them to the bowl.
Pitt and cube the avocados and also add them to the bowl.
Gently mix the ingredients in the bowl to combine and beans, corn, tomatoes and avocados.
Make the Dry Italian Seasoning according to the package with vegetable oil, vinegar and water.
Prior to serving, pour the dressing over the mixture and gently mix everything together to coat all the ingredients in the dressing.
Serve with Tortilla Chips and enjoy!
