Kraftboard Gift Tags
Open the Book Themed Gift Tags Design Space file! At this time go ahead and resize any of the tags that you want to.
Once the file is sized the way you want it, hit 'Make It' in the top right hand corner. Verify that the file is laid out on the mat correctly and then hit 'continue' in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.
Choose your machine from the drop down menu and select your material to 'Kraftboard.'
Put the Debossing Tipin your Cricut Maker and load your Kraftboard on the LightGrip Matand load it into the machine.
Once the 'C' is flashing then go ahead and press hit and watch your gift tags Deboss. Once the Debossing is done, Design Space will prompt you to take out the Debossing Tip and load your Fine Point Blade. It will then cut your Gift Tags out.
After they are done, I used Distressing Ink to lightly go over the surface of the Gift Tags to help the design stand out a little more. I just used the tip of a finger, but you could also use a foam paint brush or sponge.
Tassle
Open the Tassle Design Space file! It's currently making a 3.8" tall Tassle. Feel free to resize it if you want it bigger. Just makes sure to resize the top of the tassle pieces too.
Once the file is sized the way you want it, hit 'Make It' in the top right hand corner. Verify that the file is laid out on the mat correctly and then hit 'continue' in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.
Choose your machine from the drop down menu and select your material to 'Medium Cardstock.'
Put the Wavy Blade in your Cricut Maker and load your Medium Cardstock on the LightGrip Matand load it into the machine.
Once the 'C' is flashing then go ahead and press hit and watch your tassle cut!
Next, go ahead and roll your tassle and use the hot glue gun to secure it.
Take the first short trim piece and create an arch over the top of the tassle and secure it with hot glue.
Then take the 2nd trim piece and wrap it around the top of the tassle and secure it with hot glue. And that's it! It's ready to attach to any gift by threading some twine through the top!
