Ingredients
Base
1cupFlour
½cupButter
½tspSalt
4Large Eggs
1tspVanilla
1can12 ounces chocolate-flavored syrup
1cupSugar
Filling
2cupsPowdered sugar
½cupButter
1tbsWater
½tspPeppermint Extract
3-4Green Food Coloring
Topping
1package10 ounce chocolate chips (Semi Sweet or Milk Chocolate - your choice)
½cupButter
Instructions
Brownie Base
Mix together all ingredients by beating at medium speed for approx 3 minutes. Pour the batter into a greased 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Mint Filling
Combine all the filling ingredients in bowl and beat until creamy. Spread over cooled brownies. Refrigerate until set.
Chocolate Topping
Melt the chocolate chips and butter microwave in 30 seconds increments, stirring each time, until fully melted and smooth. Spread over cooled filling and chill again.

Notes
*I highly suggest using Peppermint Extract and not Mint Extract. Mint extract makes it taste more like spearmint. Which in my opinion gives it a toothpaste taste!Serve and enjoy!
