½cupMiracle Whip
1tablespoonsDijon mustard
1tablespoonapple-cider vinegar
½teaspoonSalt
¼teaspoonPepper
Paprika(to top)
Instructions
Cook the eggs in the Instant Pot for 7 mins. Release pressure manually (full directions below recipe post).
Immediately place hard hard-boiled eggs in ice water to cool for 10 minutes.Peel the eggs carefully.
Cut the eggs in half, removing the yolk, and placing it in a bowl. Place the two egg halves on a plate or platter.
Combine the egg yolks, miracle whip, dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Start mixing it together using a fork. Once combined use a hand mixer to make the filling smooth. If needed, feel free to add a little more miracle whip and mustard to taste. You want the mixture to be smooth, but not at all runny.
Use a spoon or piping bag to fill the egg halves with the filling.
