Have your elf bring a kindness card whenever you want to give your family a chance at doing a good deed. Later that day, encourage your kids in making it happen! Remember, not every deed will be a great match for you or your family. So, go ahead and pick the ones you like and skip the ones you don't!
HOW TO CUSTOMIZE BLANK ELF CARDS
First, go to Canva and either sign in to your existing account or create a new one for free.
Click on the 'Uploads' tab on the right side of the screen. Choose 'Upload an image'. Browse your computer for the downloaded blank Elf on the Shelf kindness card files and select them. Wait for them to upload completely.
Once it's uploaded, the file will go to your 'Recent Designs.' Scroll down to your 'Recent Designs' and choose the uploaded blank cards.
Utilize Canva’s text tools to add your own kindness messages, quotes, or instructions. Explore various fonts and colors to make your text stand out.You can also add additional elements like stickers, shapes, or even your own images to personalize the card further.
Once you’re satisfied with your design, click on the 'Share' button at the top right corner. Choose 'Download' to save a copy on your device. You can select various formats like PNG, JPG, or PDF.
If you plan to print your cards, ensure you download them in high quality (PDF Print format is recommended for best results). Use appropriate card stock or paper for printing to enhance the appearance and durability of your cards.
