Ingredients
Banana Bars

butter
softened

sugar

mashed ripe bananas
about 3 medium

vanilla extract

all-purpose flour

baking soda

Salt
Instructions
Banana Bars
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Put your bananas in a bowl and mash them with a fork.
Beat the eggs, bananas, and vanilla into the butter/sugar mixture.
Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
Stir the flour mixture into the creamed mixture just until fully blended.
Transfer the batter to a greased
15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in
. baking pan.
Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Allow it to cool in the pan.
