2boxes any flavor Instant PuddingI use 1 small chocolate and 1 large vanilla
1 ½cupPowdered Sugar
1st Layer: Mix together: 1 cup flour, 1 stick butter, 2 tablespoons sugar and ⅓ cup finely chopped walnuts. Press into a greased 9x13 pan; Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool fully. If you need to speed up the cooling process, feel free to put it in the fridge.
2nd Layer: Mix well and spread over 1st layer; 8 oz cream cheese (softened), 1 ½ cups powered sugar and ½ container of Cool Whip.
3rd Layer: Mix the 2 boxes of instant pudding with 2 ¾ cups of milk. Mix with a whisk until thickened and immediately pour over the 2nd layer. Do not refrigerate the pudding in the fridge until solid prior to pouring over the 2nd layer.
4th Layer: Top with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle the remaining ⅓ cup finely chopped walnuts on the top! Refrigerate until ready to serve!
