I had the privilege of guest posting on Darling Doodles a couple of weeks ago and wanted to share with you my post for 3 ingredient Perfect Pina Coladas! It is one of our family’s favorite summertime recipes!

pina coladas

We live in Southern Utah, so it gets really hot during the summer…like over 110 degrees! These Pina Coladas are one of the best ways to keep ourselves cool during the summer! The best part – it only takes 3  ingredients!

Blend together:

1 cup of ice

1 cup pineapple juice

2 Tbsp. Cream of Coconut (found by the margarita mix)

You can adjust the ingredients based on your tastes. My hubby likes to add 3 or 4 Tbsp.cream of coconut to his! Hopefully this recipe will help keep you cool this summer!

Coconut milk is not thick enough. Look by the punch mix for the mixers where grenadine etc is stocked. I love strawberries added.

Thank you for the recipie. I was diagnosed with diabetes last June 2023, so sugar and alcohol are on my forbidden fruit list. Now I can have the occasional treat this summer.
