Happy Easter friends! I am a huge fan of Mini Cheesecakes! Plus, they’re totally my hubby’s favorite! Today I threw these Easter Cadbury Mini Cheesecakes for a fun treat for my family to enjoy all week!
These are actually pretty easy to make and I kept the topping super simple! You don’t have to be a pro to make these look good either!
Easter Cadbury Mini Cheesecakes
- 3- 8 oz Cream Cheeses
- 3/4 cups Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 2 teaspoon Lemon
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract or 1 teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste
- Mini Nilla Wafers
- Mini Cupcake Liners
- 2 cups of powdered sugar
- Mini Cadbury Eggs
- ChocoMaker Green Candy Shred Edible
- Before starting, make sure your cream cheese is at room temperature. This is super important! If you try making the batter when the cream cheese is too cold, then it will not incorporate completely and the batter will be too runny! So, make sure it is room temperature. The other tip I have found is that it mixes better when using a hand mixer vs a Bosch or Kitchen Aid!
- Take 16 oz of cream cheese (2 pkgs), 3/4 cup sugar, 2 eggs, 1 t Lemon, 1 t Vanilla and mix together with a hand mixer. After it begins combining, add the additional egg. When the batter is done it should be smooth and a little thick. Kind of like a little bit thicker cupcake batter.
- Take a mini cupcake pan and line is using mini cupcake liners. Then take your Mini Nilla Wafers and put one in the bottom of each cup. I like to put the flat side down!
- Take the batter and fill each cup about 3/4 of the way full.
- Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
- It will make 4 dozen mini cheesecakes. Allow to cool completely before adding frosting and decorations.
- Take 8 oz of room temperature Cream Cheese, 2 cups of powdered sugar, 1 tsp lemon and 1 tsp vanilla and whip for 2-3 minutes.
- After the mini cheesecakes are completely cool, pipe a small amount of cream cheese frosting onto each mini cheesecake.
- Sprinkle some ChocoMaker Green Candy Shred on top of the frosting and top with a couple Mini Cadbury Eggs!
You and your family will love these! Enjoy!

Hey all! This is Sara from Twelve On Main. I am back today with a real sweet He Is Risen Printable Easter banner. If you have checked out my blog before, you would have seen that I am slightly obsessed with neutral and serene decor. I do love to decorate for the holidays, but I like to be able to have the holiday decor integrate seamlessly into the rest of my design. I have created this Easter banner in the hopes that it is something that you could hang anywhere in your home.
The great thing about this printable banner is that you can print off the banner and then customize it with another paper on the back. This is what I did. I stayed with the neutral, but you could use any paper imaginable, patterned, bright, bold, or soft and toned down.
- copy or card stock paper
- scissors or paper cutter
- hole punch
- Jute twine
This is such an easy printable banner, I hope you will try it out. The first thing to do: print out the banner. I have provided you the link to this banner letters. I used my paper cutter to cut them out, but scissors would work just as well. You can use regular copy paper or card stock if you want to keep it even easier.
Once all the words are cut out, I glued them to some brown card stock I had in my scrapbook supplies.
Using my paper cutter makes a really easy and quick job of cutting them out.
Here, I have them all glued and trimmed. I have a weakness for black and white, I tell you.
The next step is to use my hole punch to crate the holes for the twine to slide through. I punched two holes in the tops of each letter.
Feed the twine through the holes. Slide one letter on at a time. Leave plenty of twine at either end of the words to give you something to hang it with.
Once you have fed the twine through them all, you are ready to hang and arrange them!
I decided to hang my Easter banner on my large chalkboard wall in my dining room. I love having a little reminder everyday while I am eating with my family about what Easter is all about. I think adding little touches around the house to remind us of what our Brother did for us is an important part of helping us from day to day. He. Is. Risen.
Print these off to make your own Easter banner.

The blessed Spring season is near and my husband is always in such a great mood…. and do you want to know why? Cause Cadbury Eggs reappear in the stores!! And it is probably his 2nd favorite treat in the whole world (next to a good ol’ Chocolate Chip Cookie)!
I’ve never really baked using Cadbury Eggs, but this year that is going to change! Some of these seriously have my mouth drooling! Have you ever baked with Cadbury eggs? If so, what was it?
All these look too freaking good, right? I literally need all of these treats in my life! What one are you going to try first?
Here is a yummy Easter after school snack that comes together in about 5 minutes! All you need is:
- Vanilla Almond Bark
- Mini Cadbury Eggs
- Shredded Coconut
You can also add things like pretzels, M&M’s, nuts, or any other treats you want to add. To make it you need to pop your popcorn. I prefer to air pop mine. Melt the almond bark in the microwave. I use 6 squares for 1 big bowl of popcorn. Slowly pour the melted chocolate over the popcorn and stir as well as you can, be sure not to smash the popcorn. I reserve just a little of the chocolate for the candy.
Spread the popcorn over a cookie sheet, foil, or waxed paper in a thin layer. Shake sprinkles all over with some coconut. Slowly turn popcorn over and add more sprinkles and coconut. Lastly add the mini Cadbury eggs.
Allow to cool for 30 minute or more until the chocolate cools.
