I originally came up with this idea with using just the Popper, but Nathan didn’t think that was enough. He wanted a candy in there too… so I caved and decided to put a Ring Pop in the baggy too. But, you really could do just one or the other!
I put mine together using a 5″x7″ Clear Cellophane Bags and stuffing shredded paper (which I got that the dollar store) in the bottom of the bag. Then I just placed the Popper and Ring Pop down in the bag and closed it using this free Valentine Bag Topper! I do understand that a 4″x9″ Party Bag is more popular in size. So, I am offering the printable in that size as well!

After my original pictures, I pulled out my paper trimmer and switched out the blade to a curly blade and I really like the touch it gave to the bag toppers!
