Here is a yummy Easter after school snack that comes together in about 5 minutes! All you need is:

  • Popcorn
  • Vanilla Almond Bark
  • Sprinkles
  • Mini Cadbury Eggs
  • Shredded Coconut

You can also add things like pretzels, M&M’s, nuts, or any other treats you want to add. To make it you need to pop your popcorn. I prefer to air pop mine. Melt the almond bark in the microwave. I use 6 squares for 1 big bowl of popcorn. Slowly pour the melted chocolate over the popcorn and stir as well as you can, be sure not to smash the popcorn. I reserve just a little of the chocolate for the candy.

Spread the popcorn over a cookie sheet, foil, or waxed paper in a thin layer. Shake sprinkles all over with some coconut. Slowly turn popcorn over and add more sprinkles and coconut. Lastly add the mini Cadbury eggs.

Allow to cool for 30 minute or more until the chocolate cools.

This is so darling – the colors are perfection, and there are cadbury eggs in there, so of COURSE it’s gonna be delish!
