Hey friends! A few weeks ago during spring break, my kids asked if they could help me make a treat! They always love getting into the kitchen and being a part of making snacks, but sometimes it can be challenging to have them all in there at the same time. I decided to make a layered treat, because that way everyone would have a responsibility at the same time!

I hadn’t pre-planned this treat, so I looked through my pantry and fridge to see what I had and decided we could make Chocolate Chip Cookie Pudding Cups! I had never made them, but I figured everybody likes pudding, chocolate chip cookies and Cool Whip though, right? In my kids eyes Cool Whip makes everything tasty and they ask for it on everything! Literally, french toast, peaches, cake, etc! So, I knew when I pulled the Cool Whip out that they’d be on board!

The Chocolate Chip Cookie Pudding Cups honestly ended up being SO delicious, I was a little shocked even! These will for sure become a regular treat in our house!

Ingredients:

[Serving size – 1 Cup / Amount of servings – 4]

1 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs

1 Cup Chocolate Pudding

1 Cup Vanilla Pudding

8-10 Chocolate Chip Cookies

½ Cup Mini Chocolate Chips

Approx 4 cups Cool Whip

Chopped Walnuts or More Mini Choc Chips for Garnish (optional)

Directions:

Prepare your instant chocolate and vanilla pudding according to the box. Then take the chocolate chip cookies and cut them into little pieces. I cut each cookie into about 6 little squares. I bought my graham cracker crumbs, but if you just have regular graham crackers, then go ahead and crush them in a bag or use your food processor.

After the little prep that is needed take each cup and layer in this order, bottom to top:

¼ cup graham cracker crumbs

⅓ cup Instant chocolate pudding

2 chocolate chip cookies (cut into small pieces. I think I cut each cookie into about 6 little squares.

¼ cup Instant vanilla pudding

⅛ cup mini chocolate chips

1 cup Cool Whip

Garnish the top with chopped walnuts or more mini chocolate chips and places a ½ cookie in the top for looks!

And that’s it! Enjoy!

So easy and fun, right? And again, I’m not even exaggerating when I say that this treat surprised me with how tasty it is!

These would be the perfect treat for an after school snack, bday parties, holiday parties or even just a dessert after dinner! I also love that I can make them ahead of time and they stay perfect in the fridge!
