Happy Monday friends! I am excited to share with you my guilt free ranch dressing today! I am hands down one of those people that has to have a dip in order to eat raw veggies! I realized that 90% of the time that my kids saw or tried vegetables is when I cooked them! I know… I know – it could be worse! They could never see them! But, I decided I wanted them to try raw vegetables more frequently!
In order to help me make sure I’m pulling raw veggies out more frequently, I’ve been making sure I have a batch of my guilt free Ranch dressing in my fridge at all times! Best part of this recipe is that you would never know it is any different then the store bought stuff! My husband didn’t even know that it was homemade until like the 5th time he tried it! And, my kids love it too!
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
- ½ cup Organic Reduce Fat Milk
Directions
Combine all ingredients together with a whisk and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving! That’s it!
This dressing is perfect for salads or chips too!! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
