Fudge Striped Cookies and Snickers Salad

Sharing is caring!

button

This is a recipe that both my mom and my mother-in-law made and it’s always a popular salad with the kiddos – for obvious reasons!  It has fudge striped cookies and snickers in it!  hehe 🙂

No worries though – it also has some fruit in there!

ingredients

This salad has some fun ingredients!!

coolwhippudding

Start off by making your pudding by combining a small package of vanilla pudding and 1 cup milk!  Once it’s made, add one regular container of cool whip.  This creates the base of your salad.

apples

Then cut up your apples and add them to your pudding mixture!

mandarinoranges

Then I add the 1/2 cup grapes (I like to cut the big ones in half) and add the can of mandarin oranges!

addsnickers

Then cut up your Snickers Bars and add them to your salad!

cookies

Then I add all my cookies to a Ziploc bag and break them up using the end of a fork and with my hands!

addcookies

Then add the cookies to your salad and mix!  As long as I’m serving the salad the same day I’ll add the cookies.  Otherwise, I leave them in the baggie and then just put them in their right before I serve.
