My little Jeffrey is really into his colors right now! We have a color puzzle set that I downloaded from Confessions of Homeschooler, but decided a 2nd set would be fun. He loves to pretend to count using our Monster Counting Cards, so I used the same clipart to create color puzzles! I think they turned out pretty fun and Jeffrey loves them!
To make them I printed the pages and laminated them. Then I cut the square puzzles out and then cut the puzzles in half down the dotted line. Once they were cut, I added a piece of magnet on the back of each half. That way all I have to do is a pull out a baking sheet and Jeffrey can easily put the halves together!

I love these! I used them when teaching a lesson on colors to toddlers—they loved them as well. I am writing a post on my blog where I will be talking about these!

That’s so cute! I love the idea–my two year old is just barely “getting” puzzles, so this would be great for him! I’m here from Sugar Bee 🙂

Love the monster puzzles and the idea of putting magnetic stuff on the back so they stick to a cookie sheet! I’ll have to remember that for next year in tot school! Thanks for sharing! 🙂
