This Neighborhood Thanksgiving Turkey Printable Set is basically like being “boo’d” but during the month of November! Drop it off with a fun Fall treat like cupcakes, pumpkin roll, or any fun treat!

A box of cupcakes next to two printed pages, one with a big turkey on it.

We love our neighborhood and thought it would be fun to bring some Fall fun to it this November! We decided to have a “Thanksgiving Turkey” to pass around to the neighborhood this November to let our neighbors know we are grateful for them.

This is pretty much like the activity of being “boo’d” in October around Halloween! But, instead of a ghost, we’re delivering the Fall treat with a Turkey!!

THANKSGIVING GIFT FOR NEIGHBORS

Items Needed:

  • Thanksgiving Turkey Printable Sign & Instructions
  • Printer
  • Regular Printer Paper and/or Cardstock
  • Treat / Gift

Instructions:

Start by downloading the printables below! Print the two documents using your home printer and some basic copy paper. If I have cardstock handy, then I will print the document you display in the window on it. It’s just a little more sturdy!

Attach them to a treat – store-bought or homemade!

Deliver them to a neighbor or two! Make sure to not let them see you!

Hopefully, by month’s end, you will be able to drive past all your neighbors and see that the Thanksgiving Turkey has passed through their homes too!

THANKSGIVING NEIGHBOR GIFT POEM

Here is the cute little poem that I came up with:
The Thanksgiving Turkey has come this year,
To bring our neighborhood grateful cheer.
It seems we are so busy we can only say hi,
And before we know it the year has gone by.
We feel so blessed that you are our friend,
And hope our friendship will never end.
Now that you know we love living near you,
Share this Turkey with a neighbor friend too!
