If you’ve followed my site at all in the past, you know I love celebrating holidays with fun printable games and activities! Over the Christmas holiday, one of my most popular printables is my Secret Message from Santa printable (along with all my Elf on the Shelf Printables). Today I am sharing THREE Secret Message Printables that are perfect for Valentine’s Day!
FUN VALENTINE’S DAY LETTER FROM MOM AND DAD
HOW TO USE THE SECRET MESSAGE PRINTABLE
The most popular way my readers like to give out the Secret Message Printable is to have Mom and/or dad print it and have it ready for their kiddo to decode at breakfast on Valentine’s Day! There are three different messages, so you can give one to each kid. Or you can print one of each of them for the kids and give them out the few days leading up to Valentine’s Day!
However, you could also just print this activity for your kids at any point leading up to Valentine’s Day!
Then have your little one use the decoding sheet to decipher the Secret Message(s)!
Please keep in mind that all the Secret Messages may not work for you. One that says “I Love You,” and another that says “We love you,” etc. I know that all families are different, but I am just one person, and unfortunately can’t make a version for every family dynamic. I wish I could, but I just can’t. If you are a two-parent household, you can totally still use the “I love you” one, but just sign it from one parent vs both parents.
WHAT DO THE SECRET MESSAGES SAY?
In the file you’ll download, there are 4 different jpg files. It will be compressed into a ZIP file, which you will decompress to get the 4 jpg files. There are 3 Secret Messages and 1 Secret Message decoder. So, you may need to print more than one of the decoding sheets, depending on how many kids are participating.
- “I love you to the moon and back! Have a fantastic day!”
- “Have a Happy Valentines Day! We love you so much!”
- “You’re as sweet as candy! Happy Valentines Day!”
