You know when you have a recipe idea that you think will be good and then you make it and it blows your mind!
I don’t love white chocolate but I love white almond bark over popcorn. The last time I made it I had the idea to add crumbed up PB cups. It is amazing! You get the peanut butter cup taste to snack on without eating a hundred cups! Here is what you need:
- Popped popcorn
- White chocolate almond bark
- Mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
First unwrap about 20 mini Peanut butter cups. This makes 1 big bowl.
Then take a knife and cut them up into small pieces.
Melt about 6 cubes of Almond bark in the microwave according to directions and pop a big bowl of popcorn. Its better to make sure you don’t have a lot of seeds in the bottom of the bowl because they will get mixed in and camouflaged with the PB cups. You do not want to chip a tooth! Mix the white chocolate into the popcorn. When the chocolate is mostly mixed, add the crumbed Peanut Butter cups and mix thoroughly.
I let it cool on a piece of freezer paper.
There should be small chunks of peanut butter cups evenly distributed over the popcorn.
