An easy and creamy No Blender Piña Colada made out of a coconut pineapple sparkling water, cream of coconut, and pineapple chunks! This non-frozen piña colada is the perfect fresh drink on a warm day.

This post has been sponsored by Sparkling Ice®. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

A glass of Pina Colada drink with chunks of pineapple and coconut flakes around the base of the glass. Also a small clear container of cream of coconut.

Friends! I am so excited to share this fun End of Summer party idea, as well as one of my most favorite super quick and easy drink recipes that I love to serve poolside all year long! I headed to Albertson’s to gather all the supplies, especially the Sparkling Ice® (17oz.Bottles), which are the star of this yummy drink!

END OF SUMMER FOOD TABLE

I decided to go with a ‘Bye Summer’ party theme. The party was between meals and had more of a drop-in approach for friends, so I kept the food table to S’Mores and Mixed Drinks! To me, S’Mores very much represents a summer treat, especially paired with Sparkling Ice mixed cream drinks!

I love using the Sparkling Ice for so many reasons. They have zero sugar, provide antioxidants and vitamins, only have 5 calories, and have so many great flavor options! I also feel better about adding the cream of coconut or cream, because they have zero sugar and fat! All of that together make them the perfect option for my End of Summer party!

I love shopping at Albertson’s because they always have such great deals and have a great variety of all our regular foods! Not to mention how great the Albertsons mobile app is, too! You can find great coupons and deals on there, and place a grocery order when you don’t have time to pop in or don’t want to take your littles in!

The S’Mores were super easy and I had our fire pit ready for them to brown the marshmallow! It was a nice activity for people to do when they wanted to take a break from swimming! I also love to serve chocolate squares that are caramel filled for my S’Mores, but any chocolate bar will work!

Now onto this delicious No Blender Piña Colada recipe that used Sparkling Ice!

VIRGIN PIÑA COLADAS

This kid-friendly Pina Colada is so delicious and I love that it’s a drink variation vs a slushy style Pina Colada!

Makes: 2 – 8 oz drinks.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Pineapple Coconut Sparkling Ice® 17oz. Bottles
(see other tried and true flavor options below)
  • 4 oz of Cream of Coconut
  • ¼ cup Coconut Flakes
  • ½ cup Pineapple Chunks

Directions:

Start by taking a cocktail glass and adding 5 or so ice cubes and then filling it with ½ the bottle of Pineapple Coconut Sparkling Ice.

Then add 2 oz of Cream of Coconut to the glass and stir with a spoon.

A glass of Pina Colada with a bottle of sparkling ice. There are chunks of pineapple and coconut flakes around the glass and a container of cream of coconut.

Sprinkle a teaspoon of coconut flakes on top of the drink.

Take a cocktail pick and add a few pineapple chunks to it. Then roll it in some coconut flakes.

A white bowl with coconut flakes in it and a small skewer with pineapple chunks on it in the bowl of coconut flakes.

And that’s it! You’re ready to enjoy the No Blender Piña Colada!

CREAM OF COCONUT DRINKS

I love adding Cream of Coconut to several of the different Sparkling Ice flavors, but my favorite drink to add it to is the above Pineapple Coconut Sparkling Ice to make the No Blender Piña Colada.

Here are some other flavors I have tried and loved:

  • Orange Mango – Cream of Coconut & chunks of mango.
  • Pink Grapefruit – Regular Cream & and lime.
  • Grape Raspberry – Regular Cream & Raspberries
  • Lemon Lime – Cream w/ Lemon and Lime Slices
  • Pomegranate Blueberry – Regular Cream & Blueberries
  • Kiwi Strawberry – Coconut Cream & Kiwi
  • Strawberry Watermelon – Coconut Cream & Watermelon Wedge
  • Classic Lemonade – Regular Cream & Strawberries
Sparkling Ice Bottles in all different flavors.

ADULT PIÑA COLADA

This drink is super easy to make for adults too! All you need to do is add one shot of white rum per drink! So, for one bottle of Sparkling Ice drink, you’ll get two drinks out of it. So, one 1.5 oz shot of white rum per drink!

Two cream drinks sitting on the side of a pool with a pool towel to the side.

WHAT IS CREAM OF COCONUT?

Cream of coconut is similar to condensed milk but not as thick. Condensed milk is made with cows milk and cream of coconut is made with coconut milk. It’s a thick, syrupy consistency and adds a sweet coconut flavor to this drink!
