Hey friends! First up, I need to admit that I’m not a huge baker. I like to make fun treats, but I’m generally not one to be super innovative with making up my own desserts. However, I do have a few things that I like to pride myself in making and these Snickerdoodle Cupcakes with Cool Whip Frosting is one of those things!
For our Family Night treat this week I felt like making something fun, easy and in the spirit of Valentine’s Day. This is what I came up with! These Strawberry Shortcake Kabobs were a hit! And the Vanilla Mousse Dipping Sauce made these like 10x better! They’re for sure worth a try!
This is such a fun easy dessert for kids that they will love! These literally are SO easy to make and they look awesome! Trust me anyone can make them! You need:
- Fruit roll ups
- Mini Donuts
- Swedish fish
- Fruit Snacks
For these you just cut a donut in half, add a Swedish fish on the top, and wrap with a piece of fruit roll up.
To make the second sushi roll you need Twinkies, fruit snacks, and fruit roll-ups.
All you have to do is slice the Twinkies in in thirds and cut the fruit snacks into pieces and shove in the frosting. Then wrap the fruit leather around the Twinkie.
They look so fun and the kids loved eating them!
